Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp Kosher Salt

  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper

  • 2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp Thyme

  • 1 1/2 tsp Rosemary

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper

Directions:

  • Mix

  • Apply to outside of Prime Rib

  • Let sit in Fridge for 24hrs prior to cooking
